Indian Curry Shack is my way to spread the love for Indian cooking. After taking the plunge in 2013, we moved from Mumbai to Singapore. Our quest for authentic Indian food, the delectable Indian-Chinese, the mouth-watering desserts ended in our own kitchen. I didn’t realise when cooking became my passion. For all the hurry burries who think Indian recipes are difficult and time-taking, well, they are not. Find some quick recipes that you can make with your everyday ingredients and relish your palate.
