Indian Curry Shack Turns Five

It feels like yesterday when I started this amazing journey of food blogging. Can’t believe that it’s 5 years already… Time flies!

I started creating and sharing recipes through this blog ‘Indian Curry Shack’ keeping in mind the people like me who are foodies yet want to cook healthy and delicious food at home and eating out is just a weekend or occasional thing. Also, not to forget the ones who miss Indian food when away from home.


 

This joy ride of cooking and writing has taught me how to better appreciate the techniques and creativity behind cooking and serving. I’m so glad that what started as a recipe repertoire for Indian food recipes expanded to include various cuisines (Italian, American, Chinese, Thai and more) from around the world.

My joy is doubled when I read the comments and feedbacks from my loving readers. I feel accomplished and feel that in some way I am playing my part and making a difference.

I am at loss of words to thank you all! Keep the love and support pouring as Indian Curry Shack enters a new year 🙂
