Wishing you all a very Happy 69th Indian Independence Day! Today’s recipe is a lip smacking street food of India ‘Sev Puri’. Nowadays, it has become so popular that not just the street vendors but even big restaurants serve it. The base of this dish is the Puri (Fried Flour Crispies). The basic ingredients of Sev Puri are Puri, Sev (thin strands of gram flour which are deep-fried and spiced), Boiled Potatoes, Saunth (Sweet Tamarind Chutney), Mint & Coriander Chutney and chopped onion. You assemble those ingredients together on a plate and come up with this beautiful and delectable chaat. There can be many variations to this chaat if you have the basic ingredients. You can prepare the basic ingredients beforehand and plate and serve whenever you want.
