Affogato (Vanilla Ice Cream Topped With A Shot Of Espresso Coffee) – Shack Saturdays

Affogato by Indian Curry ShackMy better half and I were dining at Jamie’s Italian a few days back. We had a delicious Affogato there and I decided to make it when back home. It is an Italian dessert consisting of vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of espresso coffee. He helped me with espresso coffee made from our capsule coffee machine and I made this super delicious vanilla ice cream with just four very basic ingredients without an ice cream maker. Sharing the recipe with you all. Give this combination a try and you are going to relish it for sure.
